A studio built on the work itself.
ITEK Designs is led by Preston Kohari. We design and build websites, search visibility and brand systems for businesses whose work is better than their web presence, and we let that work do the talking.

Our story.
Most small and mid-sized businesses are offered the same thing: a template, a stock photo of a handshake, and a promise about rankings. The companies we work with deserve better than that, because their work is better than that.
So every ITEK project starts from the real business. A pressure-washing crew’s own drone footage. A chemical formulator’s product lines in its own words. A basketball program’s record books going back to 1925. We design around that material, build it by hand, and structure it so search engines understand it as clearly as customers do.
The result is a portfolio that runs from mining chemistry to a private golf club, and no two of those sites look alike, because no two of those businesses are alike.

Philosophy
Real material over stock.
Your photos, your footage, your people, your record books. When a client’s drone footage, job photos or program history exists, it leads the page. Stock imagery is the last resort, not the plan.
Proof over claims.
We do not invent testimonials, statistics or results, for our clients or for ourselves. When a fact is missing, the site says what is needed instead of guessing. Credibility is the whole point of a good website.
Built by hand, built to last.
Clean, fast, hand-written code that you own, structured for search from day one, and checked on real phone and desktop sizes before it ships.
